Eva Lowry

Mary Eva (Wright) Lowry passed away on June 3, 2010. Eva was a life-long resident of Little Rock having been born here April 12, 1926. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Gene in 1987 after 44 years of marriage. Also preceding her were her parents and two brothers and one sister. Eva has four children, Shirley Andrews, Darlene and Tony Thomas, Forrest and Linda Lowry, and Ann and Charles Harrison. She was the loving grandmother of nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Also Eva has three living sisters, Stella Gartrell, Charlene Henderson, and Marie Anderson. Eva was Co-Owner and Manager of East Side Meat Market in North Little Rock for 33 years. She was also a wonderful Pastor's wife for 25 years. The funeral will be held at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church on Arch Street at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 5th.
