EUGENIA H. VASSAR, age 81 of North Little Rock, passed away on June 3, 2010 in Little Rock. Mrs. Vassar was born on Jan. 5, 1929 in Columbus, Ohio to her parents, James and Ethel Hendrix. She was a long time member of All Souls Church in Scott, Ark., and loved gardening, fishing, traveling and visiting with family and friends. She is survived by her sons, Jeff Harris, of Midland, Texas and Larry Hall, of Doyline, La.; granddaughters, Jamie Harris, of North Little Rock, Teri Drennan, of Little Rock, Cindy Harris Osborn of Bryant and Dolores Williams of Midland, Texas; grandsons, Luke Hall, Richard Allen Potter and Joseph Soleman Hall. She also leaves behind her great-grandchildren Timothy and Karagen Drennan, Sebastian, Ashton, Julian and Jonas Williams; her sisters Rachel Nichols, Mary Higgins, Betty Higgins and Beverly Sowell and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends and last but not least she is survived by her beloved and faithful companion, Bubbles. Eugenia is preceded in death by her parents along with her husband, Richard Vassar, her sister, Ann Rutherford, her daughter, Janis Kay Hall and one granddaughter, Heather Harris.
