James R. Paul

James R. Paul, age 83, of Perryville, Ark. passed from this life Saturday, June 12, 2010. He was born Oct. 11, 1926, in the Cherry Hill Community a son of the late Ad and Rachel Tubbs Paul. Mr. Paul served in the U.S. Navy in his younger years and worked in County Government for 16 years. He is survived by his wife of 58 years Jean Paul; daughter, Mary Zumwalt of Maumelle; granddaughter, Elizabeth Wurz (Krista); great-granddaughter, Olivia Wurz and step-great-grandson, Thomas Jeter; two sisters, Sandra Hallmark and Bea Hill; and one brother, Bill Paul. He was preceded in death by a sister Theda Holmes. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at the Temple Missionary Baptist Church in Perryville with Bro. John Chapman and Bro.
