Clatie Magee Whitla

Clatie Magee Whitla, 92, Hot Springs, Arkansas died Sunday, June 13, 2010. She was born March 22, 1918 in Bell Buckle, Tennessee to James F. and Daisy May Garner. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Hot Springs, worked as a secretary for General Motors and became affectionately known as "Granny" when she worked at Magee's Café. Clatie is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and two brothers. She is survived by her sons, Dennis Magee (Sarah), Hot Springs, Arkansas and Kenneth Magee (Lupe), San Antonio, Texas, nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
