Plez Roland Jones

Plez Roland Jones, 74, of Little Rock, died Monday June 14, 2010. He was born November 21, 1935 in Houston, Ark. to the late Burley and Ruth Lancaster Jones. He was a member of Little Rock West Assembly of God. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Pete Jones. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Judy, two sons, Roland Jones of Little Rock, Thomas (Teresa) Jones of Sherwood, one daughter, Kimberly (Wes) Bennett of Hot Springs, five grandsons; Chris Jones, T.J. Jones, Steven Jones, Samuel Bennett and Jared Bennett and one great-grandchild, Colton Faulkner, two sisters; Reba Atkinson and Rachel Middleton, two brothers, Leslie Jones and Burley Jones and a very special friend Flake Powell. Visitation will be Thursday, June 17, 2010 from 6-8:30 p.m. at Huson Funeral Home, 7700 Highway 107, Sherwood, Ark., 72120. Funeral Services will be Friday, June 18, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Little Rock West (formerly known as Maumelle) Assembly of God, with burial following at May cemetery in Houston, Ark.
