Terri Juanita Hunt

Terri Juanita Hunt, age 46, a resident of De Queen, died Sunday, June 13, 2010 in Howard County with her husband, Michael and friends Carl and Carolyn Davis. She was born November 30, 1963 in Jacksonville, Arkansas. She was the owner and operator of Anything Grows Nursery and Greenhouse and she taught art at De Queen and Horatio Schools for seven years. Terri loved gardening and spending time with her family and friends. Terri was preceded in death by her mother, Frances Garrison Henson. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Amber and Steven Chandler and one son, Clayton Hunt, all of De Queen; her father, Jesse Henson of Plainview, Arkansas; one sister Renae Humphreys and one brother, Monty Henson both of Plainview, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Logan and Audrey Chandler; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Michael and Terri celebrated their 27th wedding anniversary this year. They were not only husband and wife, but best friends. They loved to travel and spending time with their family and friends. They will be greatly missed. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, June 18, 2010 in the First Baptist Church in De Queen with Rev. Scott Miller and Rev. Coy Arnold officiating. Burial will be in the Chapel Hill Cemetery under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, June 17th at the funeral home.
