Dr. F. Thomas "Tom" Cloar, 70, of Little Rock, died Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at his home. A native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, he was born March 3, 1920 to the late Ralph M. Cloar, Sr. and Virginia Tidwell Cloar. He was a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and received his Master's at the University of Memphis and his Doctorate in Psychology at the University of Alabama. He retired from Rhodes College after 28 years of teaching. Tom is survived by his son, Tee Cloar (Julie) of Memphis; his daughter, Libba Burle (Billy) of Greenville, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Grace, Frank, Nick, Jack and Lou; his brothers, Ralph M. Cloar, Jr. (Katy) of Little Rock and Robert R. Cloar (Mary Lynne) of Fort Smith, Arkansas and his close friend, Sharum Denning of Little Rock. A memorial service will be held at Ruebel Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, June 18, 2010 at 1 p.m. Memorials may be made to the charity of choice. Arrangements by Ruebel Funeral Home,
