Harold Orson "Hal" Wilsey, Jr. the son of Harold O. Wilsey, Sr. and Jessie Carpenter Wilsey was born in Warrensburg, New York on August 23, 1932 and passed away at his home in Heber Springs, Arkansas on June 15, 2010 at the age of 77 years. Mr. Wilsey was a member of St. Albert's Catholic Church, he was past President of the Parish Counsel and past President of the Men's Club of the church and he sang in the church choir. He was an avid golfer, artist and took pride in his yard and gardening. He was a veteran of the United States Army having served in Korea and was a volunteer of Cleburne County Cares a member of the Heber Spring Rotary Club and a past member of the Cleburne County Library Board. He was retired from Skil Corporation in Heber Springs where was the human resource manager. Mr. Wilsey originally lived in upstate New York and moved to Heber Springs in 1981 having lived prior in Wichita Falls, Texas and Stephenville, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother Doug Wilsey and two sisters June Wilsey and Joyce MacClelland. He is survived by his wife Ann Mains Wilsey of Heber Springs, son, Michael Wilsey of Independence, Kansas, son, Jim Wilsey of Hot Springs, daughter, Ellen Harwell of Bryant, son, Brian Wilsey of Ames, Iowa, son, David Wilsey of Cary, North Carolina, daughter, Linda Clark of Bryant, a brother, Robert Wilsey of Queensbury, New York and a sister, Louise Hayes of Warrensburg, New York. Mr. Wilsey is also survived by 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren besides other relatives and many friends. A Visitation and Rosary was held on Thursday, June 17, 2010 from 6 until 9 p.m. at St Albert's Catholic Church and a Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 18, 2010 at 11 a.m. at St. Albert's Catholic Church in Heber Springs, Ark.
