Victor E. Williams

Victor E. Williams, 54, of Arkadelphia died Thursday in Little Rock. He was born June 11, 1955 in Arkadelphia, the son of Jesse and Parthena Williams. He was an employee of S and J. Construction Co. and a member of St. Paul A.M.E. Church. Survivors include his mother and father, Jesse and Parthena Williams of Arkadelphia; two brothers, K.L. Williams of Hot Springs, and Jesse Williams Jr. of Sugar Land, Texas; three sisters, Belinda Henderson, Mary Daly and Joyce Williams all of Little Rock; a special friend, Rouvenda SIms of Arkadelphia. Funeral service will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the St. Paul A.M.E. Church with Rev. James Giles officiating. Burial will be in Helms Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. with family hour 6 to 7 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
