Roxie Lee Byrd

Roxie Lee Byrd a resident of North Little Rock, Arkansas for over 60 years, passed away June 26, 2010. Ms. Byrd was born October 3, 1926 in Rayville, Louisiana. She worked for the North Little Rock School District for over 30 years, and was a long time member of Bethel AME Church. She is survived by three sons, Percy Collins (Peggy) of Chicago, Ill., Ellehue Byrd Jr. of Little Rock, Erric L. Byrd (Valarie) of Palmer Township, Pa. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, numerous family members and dear friends who will greatly miss her.
