Dale Edward Cater, age 28, passed away Saturday, October 30 in Portales, New Mexico, formerly of Monticello, Dale was a U.S. Army veteran serving two tours in Iraq. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Friday, November 5 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial in Union Ridge Cemetery.
