Ruth Marie Rainey Harcrow, age 89, of Arkadelphia, Ark. died Tuesday November 2, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, Ark. Born March 22, 1921 in Vick, Ark. a daughter of the late Calvin Rainey and Laura Johnson Rainey she was retired from Jack Winter, a Baptist and the widow of Reo Paschal Harcrow who died November 8, 1981. Also, preceding her in death were brothers, Wallace Rainey, Bufford Rainey, sisters Onie Ferrell, Orie Mann, Grace Ferrell, Irma Cooper and Virgie Butler. She was married to Sam Cotton of Sheridan for 20 years. Survivors are three sons, Calvin Purcell Harcrow, Texarkana, Ark., David Keith Harcrow, Arkadelphia, Ark., Stephen Michael Harcrow, Little Rock, Ark., three daughters Brenda Joyce Blackwell, Arkadelphia, Ark., Rose Sharon Hobbs, Benton, Ark., CasSandra Kaye Bunting, Little Rock, Ark., seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
