Little Rock, AR, 1927 - 2010

CHARLES E. NORTHCUTT, 83, of Little Rock, died Friday, Nov. 5, 2010. He was a retired Assembly of God minister, having been ordained in 1954. His pastorates include: Trumann, Jonesboro, Magnolia, North Little Rock, Conway, and Brinkley. Upon his retirement in 1995, he was Hospital Chaplain for Victory Fellowship Church in Bryant, Ark. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Bomar Northcutt of Little Rock, to whom he was married on Feb. 1, 1948 in Steele, Mo.; two daughters, Diann Doherty of Little Rock and Janet Marie Williams of Malvern; two sons, Stephen Northcutt of Malvern and Mark Northcutt of Athens, Ga.; one sister, Sharon Ann Howell of Sanford, N.C.; one brother, J. W. Northcutt of Albion, Mich.; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Mr. Northcutt was also preceded in death by two grandchildren, Tracy and Shane Northcutt, and by one sister and four brothers. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 8, 2010 at the Victory Fellowship Church in Bryant, Ark., with Mark Northcutt, Stephen Northcutt, and Paul Doherty officiating. A visitation will precede the service at the church, beginning at 10 a.m. Graveside services will be at 12 noon, Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2010 in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele, Mo., under the direction of J. A. Funk Funeral Home of Malvern, Arkansas. Online condolences may be sent via jafunkfuneralhome.com.
