GUSSIE MEYERS BREWER (MAMA GUSSIE), 98, of Little Rock, Ark. went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, Nov. 4, 2010. She was born to the late William and Charlotte Meyers in Noble Lake, Ark. She leaves to cherish her loving memories: three daughters, Frankie B. Jeffries of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Gussie B. Charles of Hot Springs, Ark. and Teresa Slay {Chauncey} of Little Rock, Ark.; five grandchildren: Adrian, Shannetta, LaToria, Kaayla and Asa: Three Great Grandchildren: Khatalyn, Kayden and Javien: two God-daughters: Ora Dean Drone and LaTesa Dixon {Jerry} both of Little Rock, Ark.; two God sons: Durley Winfrey (Cynthia) and Charles Hardy Sr. (Tina): three special friends: Cora Spencer and Juanita Brown of Little Rock and Vera Landrum of St. Paul, Minn.; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Mothers' Homegoing service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010, at Greater Christ Temple Pentecostal Church, 1200 Lewis Street. Visitation will be held Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, from 6:30 to 7:30 at Greater Christ Temple Pentecostal Church.
