Robert Fonoy Owen, age 92, of Pine Bluff, retired equipment mechanic leader at the Pine Bluff Arsenal, died Friday. Visitation will be Monday starting at 1 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in New Owen Cemetery.
