Fredrick C. Mustain, 56,of Clarksville, Ark. died Nov. 11. He is survived by his wife: Cathy; three sons, James, Robert and Jason; his parents, James C. and Betty Smith Mustain of Saint Joe, Minn.; one brother, James; a sister, Jamie and three grandchildren.
