Katherine Hawkins

Katherine Hawkins of Little Rock, also known as "GiGi "by her family, departed this life November 15, 2010. Born in Little Rock September 29, 1918, she was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, a brother and her husband of 35 years, Jack A. Hawkins. She was past president of Westwood Garden Club and Arkansas Glass Club. Gardening was her favorite pastime. She is survived by her daughter Adonna Holbrooks and her husband, Buzz, a grandson, Erik Holbrooks and his wife, Dena. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday at Roselawn Cemetery with Pastor Todd Murray, officiating. The family wishes to thank the following organizations for their support and dedication this past year: Baptist Health Hospice, Odyssey Hospice, and Fox Ridge Assistant living in Little Rock.
