Howard Wilburn Stane

Howard Wilburn Stane, 69, of Searcy, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2010. Born November 3, 1941 in Harrisburg, Arkansas, a son of the late Thomas Earnest Stane and Cordia Mae Hudspeth Stane. Mr. Stane served in the Army National Guard, was a retired paint contractor and member of Stoney Point Baptist Church.. He is survived by his wife, Deanna Hoover Stane of Searcy; children, Debra Stane Waterford, Scott Stane, Rachelle Stane, Shawn Stane, Rebecca Stane Solis and Kelley Hoover Stane Baker; sisters, Barbara Morgan and Marjorie Lindsey; brother, Carl Dixon; nine grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, November 17, at the Harris Chapel with Bro. Dusty Day officiating. Burial will be at Vollman Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
