Anna Marie Haaser, 83, of Little Rock, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2010. She was born on the Koenigseder farm near Scranton in Logan County, Arkansas on September 10, 1927, the youngest of ten children, to Mathias George and Stephania Kern Koenigseder. She was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church. Mrs. Haaser sold Studio Girl Cosmetics for 30 years and was the number one sales representative in the country. In her retirement years, her greatest joy was volunteering in the Kindergarten and Second Grade classes at Holy Souls School. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 63 years, Richard A. Haaser, son, Richard Michael and nine siblings, Matt, George, Lena, John, Mart, Ben, Rose, Bert and Pete, she is survived by a son, Bob (Kay) of Irving, Texas; daughters, Mildred Pearce (Pat) and Theresa Haaser, of Little Rock; five grandchildren, Bobby (Stephanie), Christie (Felix) and Elizabeth Haaser and Ricky (Melissa) and Matthew Pearce; and two great-grandchildren, Lathan Pearce and Sarah Ann Marie Haaser. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 24 at Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church, 1003 North Tyler St., celebrated by Msgr. Lawrence A. Frederick. Interment will follow at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock. Visitation will begin this evening, Tuesday, at 6 p.m. with the Rosary service at 7 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd).
