Robert A. Hall Sr. of Little Rock, Arkansas went to his heavenly home on Monday, November 22, 2010. Bob was born on August 11, 1925 in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He was a graduate of North Little Rock High, Ouachita Baptist College and Southwestern Theological Seminary. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the Merchant Marines. Bob was a wonderful husband and father who served the Lord all of his life. He was the minister of music and education at various churches in Arkansas, Tennessee and Texas. He had a second career as a funeral director for Roller Funeral Homes until 2010. Bob is survived by three daughters, Mary Langston, Patricia Hall and Joy Johnson and one son Robert A. Hall Jr.; two sisters, Betty Stokes and Lynell Pack; four grandchildren, Chris Langston, Peter Langston, Kelley Willingham and Dustin Johnson; four great-grandchildren, Kyle, John, Emily and Allie Langston and a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be held at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home (501) 224-8300 on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at 10 a.m. Visitation will be at Roller-Chenal from 6 until 8 p.m., Friday, November 26, 2010. Burial will be at Pinecrest Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the Senior Adult Ministry of Second Baptist Church, 222 E. 8th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202.
