Ray Blann Duncan, 84, of Hampton died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2010 at the Dallas County Medical Center in Fordyce. Born May 11, 1926 at Harrell, he was a son of the late Doyle B. Duncan and Edna Jewel Blann Duncan. He was a boiler operator for F-S Pre-Stress and an Army veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by his wife, Christine Duncan and a son, Dainy Ray Duncan. He is survived by a son, Marty Duncan and his wife Connie of Harrell; daughter Peggy Baggenstoss and husband Jim of Fordyce; four brothers, Lucian Duncan of Hampton, Paul Duncan of Hampton, Harold Duncan of Hampton, Billy Max Duncan of Kilgore, Texas; five grandchildren, Elizabeth Perez of the U.S. Army, Monica Pitts of Tinsman, Matthew Duncan of Harrell, Timothy Duncan of Harrell, Chris Duncan of Monticello; six great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Victory Baptist Church at Hampton with Rev.
