Bonnie Jean (Terrell) Caldwell, age 81, of Augusta, passed away Tuesday, November 23. Bonnie was born April 18, 1929 in Waskawass, Missouri to Harry Thomas & Elizabeth Ann (Reed) Melikian. She loved to spend time with family & friends, loved to go to Wal-mart & to shop, loved talking on the phone & was a workaholic.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Augusta. Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents, one sister, five brothers & one son, Raymond Puckett.
She is survived by her husband of twenty-five years, Ralph Caldwell; one son, Tom Puckett, North Little Rock; five daughters, Carolyn Carey, Little Rock, Bonnie Bright (Bill), Benton, Mary Cope (Jim), Elkins, Jean Geyer (Jerry), Prairie Grove, Belinda Shaw (Jim), Sherwood; one daughter-in-law, Mary Puckett, Knoxville, Tenn.; twenty-three grandchildren; thirty-nine great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; two "adopted children" (dogs) who were spoiled rotten, Pepe & Molly; and a host of friends.
Services were Friday, 2 p.m., Rhodes and Son Funeral Home, Augusta. Burial, Augusta Memorial Park. Arrangements, Rhodes and Son Funeral Home, Augusta & McCrory.
