Karl Franklin "Frankie" Holthoff, 63, Dumas, Arkansas died November 26, 2010, Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born September 4, 1947, Pine Bluff, Arkansas to the late Howard Lee and Marion Virginia Matthews Holthoff.
Frankie a Farmer/Rancher in Gould, graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in animal husbandry, and was President Polled Hereford Association 1978. Two brothers, Howard M. "Corky" Holthoff, Fayetteville, Arkansas and David M. Holthoff, Dumas, Arkansas, survive him.
