Kenneth Newell Hubbard Sr.

Kenneth Newell Hubbard Sr., age 94, of Marshall passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at Highland Court Resident Care Facility. He was born in Western Grove, Arkansas on September 7, 1916, to Ed and Cora Melissa (Dozier) Hubbard. Mr. Hubbard was a veteran of the United States Army. He belonged to the First Baptist Church of Marshall. He spent his years as a cattleman and a businessman. He was a member of the Marshall Rotary Club. He is preceded in death by is wife, Edna (Barnett) Hubbard. Survivors include Dr. Kenneth Hubbard and wife Sharon of Harrison, Ark.; Edna Jean Treat and husband Jack of Marshall, Ark., Janet Rainbolt and husband Kenneth of Marshall, Ark., Kathryn Treat and husband Charles of Springdale, Ark.; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and one brother, Hughlin Hubbard of California. Services for Mr. Hubbard will be 2 p.m. Sunday, November 28, 2010 at Roller-Coffman Chapel with James L. Horton officiating. Visitation will be 6 p.m, until 8 p.m., Saturday, November 27, 2010, at Roller-Coffman. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery in Marshall, Ark.
