Ms. Windell Kaye Foots, 53, of Pine Bluff, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2010. Her services will be Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2010 at Christian Outreach Church by Rev. Donald Agee at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Forrest Lawn Cemetery by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
