Charlie A. "Chuck" McFall

Charlie "Chuck" McFall, 91, of Hot Springs died Monday, September 27, 2010. He was born in Greenview, California to Frank and Mazie McFall. Chief Master Sergeant McFall was a distinguished WWII Air Force Veteran who received the Distinguished Flying Cross, The Air Medal with three oakleaf clusters, and three Bronze Battle Stars. After serving for 22 years, he retired at Blytheville Air Force Base in 1965. Chuck was a devoted member and served as deacon at Hot Springs Baptist Church, as well as a greeter, member of the Senior Adult Program and played the harmonica for the "Singing Seniors". Loving survivors include his wife of 66 years, Martha; son, Chuck (Debbie) McFall; daughters, Sheri (Billy Bob) Hardman; Sandi Harmening; grandchildren include, Shelli Moore, Shana Barrett, Jennifer Goodnight, Jillian Thompson, and Ryan Harmening, and 10 great-grandchildren. Services were held Friday, October 1 at Hot Springs Baptist Church with burial at Memorial Gardens. Guests may register at www.caruth-hale.com.
