Audrey Julius Foster, 82, of Jacksonville, left this earth for a far better home on Sunday, October 10, 2010. Mr. Foster was in three branches of the military. He was in the Army, Navy and Paratroopers. While in the military he received several medals including seven purple hearts. He then went on to be employed by Lyon Oil and was self employed as a mechanic in North Little Rock for many years. Upon retiring he went to work for Pathfinders for ten years before retiring a second time. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and four sisters. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years Wanda Foster; nine children, Louis Foster and Bill Foster of Little Rock, Audrey Marie Ramirez of North Little Rock, Jeffery Foster (Tonia) of Elijay, Georgia, Rhonda Loyd, Rita (Tim) Hardin, Kelly Ferguson, Charlie (Kelli) Loyd all of Jacksonville, and Kimberly (Don) James of Sherwood; 21 grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephew, and adopted children that he loved very much; and his good friend and fishing buddy, Newt Henderson. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday at Bethel Assembly of God Church. Burial will be in Stanfill Cemetery.
