Euell (Sonny) Von Lovell, 75, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday, October 9, 2010. He was born September 14, 1935 in Deberrie, Arkansas, a son of the late Rev. Leonard Lovell and Ollie McGhee Lovell. He was a Korean War Army Veteran, retired AT&T communications, and of the Baptist faith. He was a member of Escapee R.V. Club, traveling 22 years with his wife Janie. They enjoyed meeting people and traveled coast to coast enjoying the good life. Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth (Janie) Smith Lovell of Little Rock; sons, Gary Lovell and Allen Lovell (Shanna) all of Perryville, and Tery Graves (Sherri) of Ft. Smith; daughters, Angelia Graves Anzar and Teresa Graves Fiser both of Little Rock, and Keri Graves Keller (Stuart) of Ft. Smith; brother, Leonard (Bud) Lovell, Jr. (Barbara) of Perryville; sisters, Louise Smith (Jim) of Conway, and Tommie George of Adona; 16 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren with one on the way. Other than his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Wynema Lovell, and brothers-in-law, James (Red) George and J.B. Moon. Memorial service will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, October 13, at Perryville First Baptist Church with Bro. Mike Stanley officiating. Honorary Pallbearers will be Bud Lovell, Jim Smith, Darrell Smith, Barry Smith, Mike Smith, Mike Atherson, Chuck Benson, Lavann Cody, James George, Don Williams and Allen Brown. The family would like to send special thanks to Dr. David Hicks and staff, Baptist Health and staff, and Hospice care and staff.
