Margaret Jeanette Owen

Margaret Jeanette Owen, 81, of Conway, Arkansas, departed this life on Saturday, October 9, 2010, at Hospice Homecare in Little Rock. She was born March 17, 1929, in Joy, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Homer D. and Mabel (Russell) Ketchum. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-five years, Albert Alvin Owen who passed away August 11, 2010. Mrs. Owen was a member of Pickles Gap Baptist Church and was retired from Wal Mart, where she was the Jewelry Department Manager. She is survived by her children, Michael A. Owen and wife Sherry; Val George and Ted Owen, all of Conway; grandchildren, Cori Henderson and husband Dooley; Owen George; Ty Owen and wife Ariana; Bridgett Chase and husband Paul; Kit Owen and wife Becca; Katie Cure and husband Josh; Jacob and Aowl Owen; eleven great-grandchildren; brothers, Dale Ketchum of Conway; John Ketchum of Alvin, Texas; a sister, Joyce Robertson of Conway; and a number of nephews and nieces. Funeral will be 10 a.m., Saturday, October 16, 2010, in the chapel of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home.
