Raymond Ray Wilson Jr.

Raymond Ray Wilson Jr., 68, of Vilonia passed away Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2010. Born in Vilonia, Ark. on February 21, 1942, he was a son to Helen (Woods) Wilson and the late Raymond R. "Peter Boat" Wilson Sr. Ray was a loving husband, son, father and brother who loved being in the outdoors hunting and fishing. He was a member of Woodrow Church of Christ, a 32nd Degree Mason and retired from Conestoga Woodworks. Ray is survived by his wife of 48 years, Bernell (Weatherly) Wilson; his previously mentioned mother, Helen Wilson; daughter, Lisa Scanlon and husband Patrick; son, Stacy Wilson; grandchildren: Maddie Scanlon and Kali Wilson; sisters: Valla Boyd, Mary Drysdale, Marty Wilson and Evon Nealey; a brother, Odis Wilson and numerous friends. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 15, at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway with interment to follow at Cypress Valley Cemetery near Vilonia.
