CECIL McCLEARY, 61, of Little Rock, passed Tuesday, Oct. 12, He is survived by four sons, Cecil III, Jeremy, Kevin and Fabian McCleary and one daughter, Latoya McCleary of West Memphis; one brother, Harry McCleary and one sister, Maureen Brooks of Little Rock; four nieces, April, Michelle, Keya and Wileta; two nephews, Del and Kevin; 10 grandchildren. Funeral service will be Saturday, 11 a.m., at Mt. Caramel Church. Family hour Friday, 6-7 p.m. at Watson-Northcrest Funeral Home. Interment: Arkansas Memorial Gardens.
