Harold Stanley Mace, 77, of Jacksonville, Arkansas, passed away on Friday, October 15, 2010. He was born in Woodstock Township, Illinois to the late Harold Albert and Beulah A. Kennedy Mace. He was an Air Force veteran and received his BA degree from the University of Illinois. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church, Amboy Baptist Church and Gideons International.
He is survived by his daughter, Meri (Dennis) Devore of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; two grandchildren, Taylor and Patrick Devore; two brothers, Paul (Carolyn) Mace of North Little Rock and David Mace of Rushville, Illinois; niece, Paula (Bryce) Faulkner; nephew, John Mark (Carla) Mace; two great-nieces; two great-nephews and a family friend, Ron Treat.
Funeral service will be Friday, October 22, 2010, at 10 a.m. at Roller-Owens Funeral Home Chapel, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, Arkansas (501-791-7400). Interment will follow at Arkansas State Veterans' Cemetery in North Little Rock. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., on Thursday at the funeral home. Online guestbook
