Mary Anne Crabtree

Mary Anne Crabtree, 72 of Jacksonville, died Tuesday, October 19, 2010. She was born July 5, 1938 in Helena, Arkansas to the late John H. and Ina Linson Crabtree. Mary was an administration assistant for adult education. She was an avid Razorback fan, a member of First United Methodist Church, and enjoyed working at church. Survivors include a brother, John H. Crabtree, Jr. and his wife, Patricia of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a sister, Bettye Overton and her husband, Joe of Jacksonville, two nephews, Joe Overton, Jr. and his wife, Mary, and John Crabtree III and his wife, Kathleen, one niece, Katherine Cook and her husband, J.B., and several cousins. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, October 22, 2010 at First United Methodist Church in Jacksonville with Rev. Mark McDonald, Rev. Charles Watt, and Dr. Carol Goddard officiating. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Thursday, October 21, 2010 at the funeral home.
