Vivian Virginia Moore Bray

Vivian Virginia Moore Bray died on Sunday, September 5, 2010 at St. Bernard Hospital in Jonesboro. She was born October 19, 1934 to Dorothy and Robert Moore in Lake City, Arkansas. Vivian was preceded in death by both her parents, her youngest son, Kevin Prescott, two brothers, Bradley Moore and Burley Moore, and one niece, Michelle Moore. She is survived by one son, Gaylon Elrod of Crossett, AR; one granddaughter, Shelley Imus, one grandson, Caleb Elrod, and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by four sisters and three brothers, Mildred Burchard of Battle Creek, Michigan; Beverly Ann Verga of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; Sharon Linde of Annabella, Utah; Alma Brooks of Conway, Arkansas; Robert Dennis Moore of Clio, Michigan; Terry Moore of Katy, Texas; and Bruce Moore of Kennewick, Washington; as well as a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Vivian spent most of her working years with three Jonesboro businesses; E.C. Barton Companies, Carl Bajohr Company, and the last years of her employment were with the prosecuting attorney's office, for Brent Davis. She also enjoyed her time spent selling Mary Kay Cosmetics to her friends and family. Vivian will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her. After cremation there will be a memorial service which will be announced at a later date. The family asks that any memorials be made to a Humane Society in the city of your choice in honor of Vivian because of her great love for animals.
