Patsy Ann Pearce Howell

Patsy Ann Pearce Howell, 69, passed away Thursday, September 9, 2010 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. She was born October 13, 1940, to Ray Pearce, Sr. and Iva Lee Vining Pearce. Patsy was the circulation secretary for the Pine Bluff High School Media Center for 15 years. She loved life and lived it to the fullest and especially enjoyed sharing with her friends and family. Mrs. Howell also enjoyed vacationing in Florida, square dancing, bridge, shopping and Thursday nights with friends. She was a member of First Christian Church. Mrs. Howell was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Terry Howell; sister, Edna Earl Bailey; an infant sister; brother, Donald Lee Pearce; an infant nephew; and her nephew, Thomas Earl "Tommy" Pearce. Survivors include sons, James Thomas "Jim" Howell and wife, Nancy of Atlanta, Georgia and John Timothy "Tim" Howell of Nacogdoches, Texas; brother, Ray Pearce Jr. and wife, Bettie; sister-in-law, Martha Sue Pearce Bost; grandchildren, John, Chris and Kelly Howell of Nacogdoches, Texas, Pearce and Laura Howell of Atlanta, Georgia. Visitation will be Sunday at Robinson's from 3 to 5 p.m. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Monday, September 13, 2010 in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with Reverend Mike Snell officiating.
