Mrs. Dianne Rachel Boswell, 62, of Orange Beach, Ala., passed away Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2010, at home. She is survived by her husband, William (Billy) Boswell, two daughters, Tonya (Curtis) Burge Gilbert and Holly (John) Burge Sollie; sister, Sonja (Johnny) Ingram, three grandsons, Clay and Connor Gilbert and Jake Sollie; one granddaughter, Taylor-O'Neal Sollie; one nephew, John Ingram Jr.; and a great-niece and nephew. Preceded in death by her mother, Nell Rhee Garrick; and father, Newburn Wesley Rachel.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010, at 2 p.m. at the Orange Beach United Methodist Church, officiated by Dr. Alan McBride and Reverend Bill Lawler. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in her honor to Orange Beach United Methodist Church, 28757 Canal Road, Orange Beach, Ala. 36561.
