Ella Oleta Ball Lokey

Ella Oleta Ball Lokey, age 90, of Carlisle went to Heaven on the wings of an angel Sept. 10, 2010. She was born Oct. 10, 1919 to Robert and Vivian Shumate. She was a retired nurse and a life long member of the Humnoke Pentecostal Church of God. Preceding her in death are her husbands, John Louis Ball and Fritz Lokey; one son, Gaylon Don Ball; daughter-in-law Lovelle Ball; two grandsons, John T. Ball and Adam Ball; three sisters, and one brother. She is survived by two sons, Bobby Louis Ball, and Waymon J. (Virginia) Ball, one daughter, Cynthia (Wayne) Jeffries; four brothers; two sisters; 15 grandchildren; 32 great-grand children and 13 great great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, Sept. 12 at Humnoke Pentecostal Church of God from 6-8 p.m. The funeral will be there also at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 13 with burial following in Mulberry Cemetery.
