Christine King

Christine King, 82, of England, Arkansas went to be with the Lord Tuesday, September 14th, 2010. She was born on Monday, August 27th, 1928 in Quitman, Arkansas to Garland and Nellie Ward. Christine was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by two sisters: Martha Barker of El Modena, Calif. and twin sister, Modean Hicks of Orange, Calif.; one brother: Ray Ward of Beloit, Wis.; four sons: Tommy Cates and his wife Shirley of Sherrill, Ark., Skip Cates and his wife Sherry of Vilonia, Ark., Dennis Cates and his wife Debbie of Cabot, Ark. and Ronnie Cates of North Little Rock, Ark.; two daughters: Janice Diane Barker of England, Ark. and Donna Jackson and her husband Jerry of Beebe, Ark. along with 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends. Services will be Friday, September 17th, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Roller England Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 16th, 2010 from 6-8 p.m. at Roller England Funeral Home.
