Lois "Lynn" French

Lois "Lynn" French, 53, of Cabot died September 8, 2010. She was born in Decatur, Alabama on November 8, 1956. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology from Mankato State University. Lynn retired from the United States Air Force in 2002 with the rank of Technical Sergeant, where she received the Air Force Achievement Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, and Joint Service Achievement Medal. Lynn volunteered as a docent for the Little Rock Zoo for over 10 years, was a skilled quilter and talented cook. She attended the First Baptist Church of Cabot. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Ralph French, and her parents, James Milford Mils and Phyllis Eileen Coutu. Survivors include her brother, Simon A. Mills. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, September 18, 2010 at First Baptist Church of Cabot, 204 North Third Street. Interment will be at Arlington Cemetery with her husband.
