Lillian Goodwin Casson

Lillian (Goodwin) Casson, 90, of Kensett passed away Friday, September 17, 2010. She was born Tuesday, July 6, 1920, at St. James, Arkansas, to the late Dr. Ed Goodwin and Allie (Massie) Goodwin. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Darrell and Bill Goodwin. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, in Searcy. Mrs. Casson is survived by her husband of 68 years, Harry G. Casson Jr.; three children, Trena Ballard, Linda Groves, and Dr. Bill Casson; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m., Sunday, September 19, 2010, at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home. Mrs. Casson's funeral service will be 9:00 a.m., Monday, September 20, 2010, in the Chapel of Roller-Daniel Funeral Home, with Pastor Tim Noel officiating.
