Mrs. Beulah Vernice (Webb) Archibald, 94, of Conway, Arkansas, died Monday, September 20, 2010, at Conway Regional Health Systems. She was born October 7, 1915, in Atkins, Arkansas, a daughter, of the late Woodford C. and Olive E. (Grinstead) Webb. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James T. Archibald; daughters, Jimmie and Phyliss Archibald; and two brothers and two sisters. Mrs. Archibald was a home maker, a wonderful mother and grandmother; and was a member of the Mars Hill Church of Christ at Vilonia.
Survivors are her children, Jo Ann Jenkins and husband David of Millington, Tennessee; Ted Archibald and wife Rita of Benton; Rebecca Martin and husband Thomas of Vilonia; Debra McElroy and husband Steve of Lonoke; grandchildren, Leigh Ann, Kristie, Lorie, Scott, Allyson, Karen, Michael and a step-granddaughter, Rachael. Also surviving her are 12 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter; brothers, Berlin Webb of Mountain Home; T. J. Webb of Sheridan; Brooks Webb of Olive Branch, Mississippi; a number of nephews and nieces; and a special friend, Dusty Richards.
Visitation will be from 5 8 p.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home. Funeral will be 10 a.m., Thursday, September 23, 2010, in the chapel of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, with Thomas Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Mulberry Cemetery in England, Arkansas, under the direction of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Conway. 501-327-7727.
