Lela Mae Rouse Smith, 77, of Little Rock, departed this life September 17, 2010. Preceded in death by her husband, Leon C. Smith Sr.; parents, William and Beatrice Settles Rouse Sr., siblings, Leona Hickman, Lois Edward Rouse, William Rouse Jr. She leaves to cherish her memories: children, Kenneth Rouse, Michelle Cole (Samuel), LaJuana Kaye Rainey (Michael), Stanley E. Smith Sr. (DeJuan), Della Coleman (Derrell), Leon C. Smith Jr. (Michelle); brother, James Rouse Sr. (Jean); sister-in-law, Cozella Rouse; 20 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; a host of other family and friends.
