Robert Joseph "Bob" Mobley, 87, of Little Rock went to his Everlasting Home on Wednesday, September 22, 2010. He was born November 22, 1922, in Morrilton to the late Max James Mobley and Mary Ellen Cholvin Mobley. He was preceded in death by his first wife Cicely Glendinning Mobley; two brothers, Dr. Max J. Mobley Jr. and John B. Mobley, and daughter, Lydia M. Mobley. Bob served his country during World War II in the Navy aboard the minesweeper USS Scrimmage in the Pacific. Following the war, he went back to college and completed his PhD. in pharmacy at the College of the Ozarks in Clarksville. For many years, Bob owned an old fashioned drug store in Morrilton. After retiring, Bob moved to his tree farm in Van Buren County. Bob is survived by his wife, Annette Stobaugh Mobley; his children, Jane Mobley, Robert Joseph "Joe" Mobley, Jr., Marjorie Habelitz (Mike), Martha James (Andrew), Richard Mobley (Paige), Mary Grace Wilson (Doyle), Audrey Jones (Mardy), and Chuck Stobaugh (Jeanie). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, September 24, 2010 at Fellowship Bible Church.
