Billy Ray Caldwell, 50, of North Little Rock, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2010. He is survived by his parents, Joyce and Floyd Gene Caldwell; brother, Richard Caldwell; sister and brother-in-law, Tammy and Steve Williams; sister, Karen Wilhite and husband Frank; four nieces and one great nephew. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Thursday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Bayou Meto in Jacksonville.
