Rosemary S. Kale

Rosemary S. Kale, 74, of Poplar Grove, Arkansas left earth for heaven on Monday, September 27, 2010, in Little Rock, Arkansas. The wonderful nurses and doctors at Baptist Hospital ICU South were the angels that ushered her to heaven. Mrs. Kale was born September 29, 1935 in Marvell, Arkansas to the late Simon Schell and the late Edith Smalley Schell. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She was an amazing cook who enjoyed cooking for others and will be sadly missed by everyone who had the privilege to eat at her table. She is survived by her husband, Percy W. Kale; two sons, Chris Kale (Cindy) of Marvell and Glenn (Sharon) Kale of Poplar Grove, Arkansas; a daughter, Randi Kale LaBar (David) of Minerva, New York; five grandchildren Laura Kale Taylor (Michael) with great-grandchildren Merrie Leigh and Wells Taylor; John Kale (Allison) with great-grandchildren Katie and John Kale; Wesley and Mary Kale LaBar; and Molly Kale. She is also survived by her beloved brother and our favorite Uncle, Simon Schell of Marvell. Graveside services for Rosemary Kale will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, September 29, 2010 (Our Mother's 75th Birthday) at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena, Arkansas. Reverend Al Merchant will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Marvell Academy, P.O. Box 77, Marvell, Arkansas, 72366, an institution that was very dear to our Mother's heart.
