Debra Feagins Allen

Debra Feagins Allen, 54, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 30, 2011. She was born November 23, 1956 in Santa Monica, California, to Orley and Rhoda Feagins. She graduated from Robinson High School in 1975, where she loved being the Feature Twirler in the band. In 1979 she graduated from the Baptist School of Nursing which had been her long time childhood dream. She was a member of Martindale Baptist Church in Little Rock. Debbie loved the Lord and praised him daily. She shared His love with everyone she met. Debbie was full of love for life and she lived every day as though it was her last. She made sure she was having fun each and every day. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Elmer and Lillie Feagins, Ralph and Cleo Post, a sister, Dana Feagins, and a husband Rudy Pope. She is survived by her husband, Carl Allen; her son, Todd Nespor; parents; a sister, Kim Burton; two grandsons, Isaac and Isaiah; one niece, Kayleigh Hunter and her husband Cody Hunter; two nephews, Trey and Alex Burton; many aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of dear friends. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Tuesday, August 2, 2011, at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, (501) 224-8300.
