Buck Troy Goad

Buck Troy Goad, 69, of Bradford, Arkansas went to be with the Lord August 3, 2011 and was born December 30, 1941 to the late Dallas and Carlene Goad. Buck enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He was a retired 20 year member of the Bradford Fire Department and retired farmer, pipe liner and truck driver. He is survived by his wife, Diane Crowder Goad, son, Dalton Goad and daughter Madesta Goad, a son, Dallas Goad and wife Melissa, two daughters, Leveta Whitener, Elizabeth Johnston, and their mother, Floy Goad; two step-daughters, Becky Martin and Courtney Brewer and husband Joshua; two sisters, Ella Jean Taylor and husband Virgil, Nadine Stuart and husband Wayne; eight grandchildren, Amber Goad Baird, Phil Willhoite, Jeremiah Johnston, Carolina Johnston-Davis, Joseph Whitener, Tyler Roberts, Cory Roberts and Jaiden Martin; six great-grandchildren Jacob Baird, Anthony Baird, Elizabeth Baird, Jordan Willhoite, Christian Davis, Dylan Davis and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dallas and Carlene Goad; a brother, Harvey Gene Goad Sr. Pallbearers are Larry Roberson, Timmy Snelson, David Baker, Ace Brewer, Dennis Whitener, Jerry Crowder. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Crowder and Harvey Goad Jr. Visitation will Friday, August 5, 2011 from 6-8 p.m. at Bradford Baptist Church and services will be held Saturday, August 6, 2011 10am at Bradford Baptist Church. Brother Mike Ball will officiate the services assisted by Brother Tom Lewis.
