Frances Chapman

Frances Chapman, age 81, of Cherokee Village, Ark., died Sunday, August 7, 2011 at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Ark. Burial will be in the Arlington National Cemetery located in Arlington, Va. which will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Ark.
