Bobbie Jean Archer

Bobbie Jean Archer 80, of Clinton, Arkansas passed away at her home August 8, 2011 with her daughter Elanda and precious granddaughter-in-law Amy by her side. She was preceded in death by her best friend and husband, Ray B. Archer, her father and mother, Ben M. and Lora M. King, and her sisters, Joann and Jackie. She is survived by her daughters, Elanda (Archer) Stinson, and Lynell Bowen, grandchildren, Candy Bowen, John David Lochala, Kerry Bowen (Sonya), Michael Richards (Amy), great-grandchildren, Sonny Chloe, Isabel, and Noah Richards, Brooke and Tessa Bowen, three sisters and one brother, and a host of friends. The family would like to extend a special thank's to Ms. Bobbie's Bible Study Girls for their love and support and to the Van Buren County Hospice. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Van Buren County Hospice, P.O. Box 452 Clinton, Arkansas 72031. Bobbie was a true inspiration and role model to all her family and friends. She was a unique woman that loved unconditionally and treated all equally and was a fierce defender of her family and friends. She never met a stranger and warmly welcomed any and all that passed through her home and into her heart. She will be greatly missed, but her legacy will live on through all those that knew her.
