James "Russell" Holter, age 76, resident of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, August 10. Mr. Holter's hobby was flying airplanes. He was a carpenter, and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include three sons, Jerry L. Holter, and wife Donna, of North Little Rock, David R. Holter, and wife Frankie, of Jessieville, and Eddie V. Holter of Berryville; one sister, Maebelle Minick, and husband Juston, of Scott; five grandchildren, Amanda Castillo of Little Rock, April and Thomas Holter, both of North Little Rock, Cordell and Shania Holter, both of Springfield, Missouri; one great-grandchild, James Castillo III, of Little Rock. The family will receive friends at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway (224-8300), Friday, August 12, from 6-8 p.m. Graveside service will be Saturday, August 13, 10 a.m., at Pinecrest Memorial Park, with Brother Mike Fowler officiating. The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff and friends at Lakewood Health and Rehab in North Little Rock for everything.
